Yes, yes, I know. You are worried about buying a pattern.
This is why many of our designers offer a free pattern so you can see an example of their work before you buy.
But if you have bought a pattern, and you feel there is a mistake in the instructions, we will correct the mistake and send you a new pattern. If we can't correct the mistake, or if you feel it is still wrong, your money will be refunded.
If it is a corrupted file (e.g. a pdf that won't open, or an embroidery file that won't stitch out), you will be emailed a new file.
There are a few conditions. First, you need to let us know within 7 days of buying that you have a problem.
Second, you need to say exactly what is wrong with the pattern, so that we can fix it. These comments will be passed on to the designer, so please be polite!
We will not give a refund if the pattern is simply beyond your skill level for that craft. There has to be an actual mistake in the pattern - that is, even an expert in that craft couldn't make the item from those instructions.
