I am one of three Designers with Pine Glen Designs. My partners are my daughter Lorrie who is called Chef Tiger and an Internet friend name Frishawn who is called Turtle. The two of them have named me Dodiemom. I am a single Mom of 3 grown children, Grandma to 7 and Great-grandma to 5. I design both counted cross-stitch and patchwork quilts. I am not a stitcher any more as I am no longer able to do the close work. My designs often go along with my Patchwork quilt passion. I have converted several of my quilts to cross-stitch with some success and we are just getting into designs for Patchwork Quilts.

   I also work with pet pictures, usually headshots taken from photographs. Spooks is the first of these. There are several new ones in the works. Chef Tiger and I often collaborate on ideas that either of us has. Aside from the more serious charts I often like to play with my Li'l Angel series or something silly like "Was this Day really Necessary"

     Chef Tiger is a single mom with 2 sons, one is 21 and out on his own, the other a 10 year old she homeschools. Chef Tiger really is a trained chef and enjoys playing in the kitchen when she is not managing the business, gardening or stitching.

Chef Tiger and Dodiemom live in Northern New Brunswick, Canada.  

     Turtle makes her home in Florida USA. Although the two of them keep in close contact through internet and phone. We all look forward to the day when we can meet in person. Turtle was a fashion model before she decided to become the Mom to her 3 gorgeous little girls. More recently she has worked at Disney's park in Florida. 

       We all have different styles in our designing, which makes for a great variety of designs to choose from. 

      Chef Tiger has wonderful ways with ornaments and ideas for angels, dragons, fairies etc. Turtle is great with words and poetry, and cute ideas to go with it. The two of them often collaborate, and our Froggie pillow design is one result of this.
